By purchasing one of the Books Monthly services and using this website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below so please make sure you read through them carefully.

Throughout this text the term us, I or we refers to the company Books Monthly.

Your status

By placing an order through this website you warrant that;

 a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and

 b) you are at least 18 years old. 


Payment will be taken in full at the time you subscribe to this service. Books Monthly will not be responsible for any banking charges that you incur due to payment being taken from your account.


All subscriptions are posted on the 1st day of every month.  Parcels are delivered via a courier and can take up to 8 days to be delivered.  If you haven't received your package by the 12th of the month please do get in touch.

It is important that you provide the correct postal address when you purchase your subscription.  Should you wish to change your address you will need to inform Books Monthly, giving ideally 14 days notice. 

Refund and returns

You have the right to cancel your subscription within seven days  of receiving your first package from Books Monthly in which case we will provide you with a full refund once the package has been returned.

If, for any reason, you wish to return the package you must do so within seven days of receiving the package.  You will be responsible for the return delivery charges.

Our right to vary these terms and conditions

We maintain the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws, regulatory requirements and changes in our systems capabilities.  We also maintain the right to cancel or decline any subscription at any time.  In the unlikely event that this may happen you will receive a refund for the packages you have not yet received.

You will be subject to the policies and practices in force at the time of purchase unless the law dictates otherwise.
